The license is required if the investor intends to start up and operate new land service stations that sell fuel such as gasoline, diesel and kerosene.​

A. Application Requirements:

• Ownership contract or lease contract for the land of the project describing the purpose of the lease
• Land survey certificate for the project.
• Initial conceptual map of the station including the type of fuel to be offered and other services at the station.​
